9.0 van 10, Fantastisch, (1.000 beoordelingen)
'We had a pleasant and brief stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cabin was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the cabin is quite old, and the mattress needs to be replaced. It sank us so much that it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom could also use a place to hang clothes other than the towel rack. Overall, it was a decent experience.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'This hotel is not worth 5star in my opinion.
Lobby , valet staff and also AG restaurant staff is great.
The food in AG is bad, really not worthy in a 5star hotel.
Rooms, average and little outdated, no turndown service
Will not go again'

The Gastonian, Historic Inns of Savannah CollectionHistoric Downtown Savannah

'Lovely old hotel on the park near the Old Pink House. Check in was easy, valet parked the car in adjacent garage (self park is available, but we were tired of driving all day.) Our room was beautifully decorated with period furniture and twin beds which we liked. All was great!'

'This property is lovely but some rooms are a bit dated. We understand it is scheduled for a renovation soon. We had a few issues with our room but it was handled by front desk staff. The front desk employee, Michelle, was excellent! She handled everything quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, especially if you are going to convention center.'
