'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. 'Een echte aanrader : een rustieke inrichting in een historische Inn. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, en een zeer aantrekkelijke kamer (ook al is het bed wat aan de hoge kant). Wie van charme houdt en aan een redelijke prijs wil bediend worden moet naar The Gastonian gaan : een mooi B&B met ongeveer 15 kamers. Ligt wel iets buiten het centrum van Historic Savannah.'

"Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! "
