'Great gym, excellent pool, friendly staff'

'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'Didn't pay what I was expecting, due to the issue with the 1 or 2 persons in the room.'

'The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is a peaceful place.'

'Mooie nette studio. Ontbijt is goed.

'The room we had was too light at night because of a few outside wallights that stayed on . '

'Just openend and already the perfect mindset regarding service. Nice people, wonderfull restaurant'

'Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management '

'I loved the place. Thanks to the staff; Dina, Adeline, the Chef and everyone else. Thank you for making my stay beautiful. I loved the meals as well. I will come back. Highly recommended.'

'Not good at all'

'Thank you'

'Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.'
