'It’s a very nice older property beside the beach. The hotel is lovely and the restaurant there is really good also. We stayed in the historic building and it was very quiet. I loved the ceiling fan over the bed!!'

'Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. '

'Fijne accommodatie voor een verblijf op SSI. In het plaatsje, dicht bij de winkels en restaurants en op loopafstand van het strand. Sfeervolle kamer. Schoon. Continental breakfast is prima en fijn dat het is inbegrepen. '

'The front desk staff was super friendly and gave me great recommendations for what to do and where to eat on my one night in town (I was on a business trip). I had a great time walking around the beachfront and getting some great food. The room was comfy. I got great rest and got up and out the door early for my appt that day. Had everything I needed (iron, etc.). If I were being picky, the shower curtain kept peeking open so there was a little water pooled on the floor but I just wiped it up...

'I am a frequent visitor / fan of SSI. 2 to 3 times a year. We were at a conference on Jekyll and had a couple days left and chose to stay 2 nites at Ocean Lodge. Covered parking and across the street access from the beach were big draws. I thought it would be a fun change from the places we usually stay with our dogs and often family. I remember the rooftop bar as a fun lively bar so thought the 2 nights there would be fun. Sadly, this property is exhausted and has lost its vision. It wasn’t...
