'Room was ok for 1 night. The property needs a lot of cleaning and updating . Bathroom had no shelf for storing your clothes during a shower and no room to place a makeup bag let alone any bathroom supplies . Don’t be fooled like I was just because it’s an IHG property '

'The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, but the room was not great. It had a very musty smell, stains on the carpet, dusty lamps and clock and there was quite a bit of dust and debris behind the night stand. The smoke detector was also missing and the wires were hanging out. Breakfast was very average and I had to find napkins for us.'

'Upon arrival for check in we were informed of a water heater issue and that we could not check in. We had to purchase another hotel room on a weekend that all rooms were almost sold out in town and had to spend more than planned. We still haven’t received the refund for a room we never got to stay in.'
