'About 5-6 roaches were in the motel room. It looked clean but they were alive. We slept at the foot of the beds without blankets and all lights on '

'There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.'

'First and foremost, the desk clerk, Glen, was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient. He upgraded our room to an interior entrance to make us feel safe, but... the first room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud, so he moved us, but... The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out! We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room! '

'It was great. We really enjoyed staying there. There were a lot of spiders in the other building. A bathroom in the other building would have been nice. But overall was a very cute and cozy place. It was very clean and accommodating. We will stay again if we are close again. Thank you. Any problems we had. They sent someone out very quickly to fix it. '
