'Just a simple no frills place to sleep. Breakfast very minimal; not even worth to spend time considering it. '

'Zeer net hotel, erg rustig en op een prima locatie. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. De bedden zijn heerlijk en voorzien van goede kussens en een fijn dekbed. Zwembad was goed, al mag de temperatuur van het water ietsje warmer zijn. Ontbijt is er met voldoende keuze. Wifi snelheid is aan de lage kant, maar wie gebruikt er tegenwoordig nog wifi ? Al met al een zeer goed verblijf gehad. Als we ooit weer in de buurt zijn, overnachten we zeer zeker hier weer.'

'July 3rd, we couldn't find a parking spot when we returned. Because of the fireworks and the property allowing everyone to park there we were unable to find parking. We walked in through the door by the pool, when I went looking for someone at the front desk, there wasn't an employee there. The employee was OUTSIDE watching the fireworks. When I mentioned no parking on the property, she said yes, I told the Manager this would happen. I had two reservations, each one for a night. Upon check...

'We enjoyed the historic setting and understand the challenges of maintaining such a site. The house is unique and of interest. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Cons: One of the showers had a very low flow rate. We were also infested with wasps inside. We killed many! The kitchen was well-appointed. The dining area was comfortable. 'The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m.'
