'When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. Also, the curtains were riddled with holes and stains somehow. I didn’t expect much but at least standard hygiene practices to be met. On top of all that the walls are paper...

'The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again.'

'The hotel was a good do nothing hotel. The problem I had is the locks were not very safe. It had a key button lock that the code never changed so any of the past residence of this hotel could get into your room if they want to and there was no permanent lock to lock to where nobody could get in no matter what the inside this should be addressed and fixed immediately very unsafe'

'The house is beautifully appointed. It is so clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the river was gorgeous! Great communication with the hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had. We were visiting my so. At WVU and it was the perfect place to be out of the traffic in Morgantown, beat the price hikes of hotels. Very easy drive to Morgantown.'

'We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was nice and included hot items. Our air conditioning wasn't working but staff had it repaired within an hour on a Saturday night! There's a great Italian restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay again!'

'POSITIVE FIRST -- Room was acceptible for a one or two night stay. Beds were clean, bathroom was clean. Fridge was clean and cold, microwave was clean. Air conditioning ran well. Daytime Desk clerk Kayann is AMAZING. Very helpful and informative. MINOR ISSUES: Air conditioning in the lobby was in need of repair and the desk clerk said she has advised management, but it hasn't been resolved. Exterior first floor hallway area is accessible to the public...does not lock so that there is no access...
