'This property was beautifully landscaped and wonderfully appointed. They included beach chairs, snorkel equipment, water shoes, tennis equipment, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. It was great! The only thing I could have asked was for six beach towels instead of four, as we had six in our family. But it wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen was well-appointed, too. And the view was stunning. The balcony was huge. The vaulted ceilings were lovely. We really felt like island royalty! Definitely would love...

'We booked through Expedia and didn’t know anything about the property that wasn’t listed. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again! The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. '

'Quiet relaxing '

'This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. '

'Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. '

'We stayed here for the Ironman. Since our son qualified late we were very lucky to find this place. Communication with Sarah was perfect from the beginning. She gave us tips for restaurants, beaches, etc. She even supported our son during the Ironman. We loved the house. Our bed was even long enough for me (I'm about 2 meters tall). 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.'

'Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.'

"In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). The hotel is within walking distance of the town which is useful for finding food, drinks and other small shopping. Main issue we had was that the big trucks driving past can be quite loud if you are on that side of the hotel. The AC was also very loud and right above the bed, it also turned on and off every few minutes throughout the night so if you are sensitive to sound this might be nice to know. In general I would recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal on the price. It is quite nice for a 3* hotel. "
