'Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. 'They included parking, and the room is big and clean. They also had free ice cubes and a lovely onsen that face to the seaview. The only thing is that there was a dead cockroach at my room entrance'

'Laundry was free of charge. The air conditioner had some issues . The sofa has crumbs and a small area of floor was sticky. Like that the toilet and the shower are in separate room. The size of the room is big compared to other accommodation in Japan. There was only one pair of slipper for the toilet room but none to be used inside the room.'

'The apartment was fine and clean. Only we had not received any check-in information and it took an hour of calling to get in. And the apartments are very noisy, the second night we had guests above us who made noise until 1am. I knocked on the door and then it was quiet.'
