'Great stay with a beautiful view'

'The staff here could not be more helpful! They were able to communicate comfortably in English. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! The location was ideal! The room was comfortable, spacious an d well designed. Plenty of amenities'

'Fantastic stay. Lovely beds. Dry sauna and onsen were wonderful. Everything was great.'

'Exceptional place to stay in Beppu and wonderful service throughout our stay. Victor was especially helpful during the check in and check out process'

'Clean onsen facilities and helpful multilingual staff. From the train station, it takes 10-15 minutes of walking. You do not want to be dragging your luggage up the sloped terrain. Recommended to use luggage forwarding or taxi.'
