'Spacious room, comfortable room and available amenities. Breakfast had a wide variety of both western, Japanese and Beppu specific style food. All equally delicious. Conversation between staff is relatively easy, but sometimes a translating app was needed depending on the staff. Despite that, the staff were understanding, kind and able to help me with any issues that occured.'

'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in een Twinkamer (ocean view) in het Hoshikan gebouw. De kamer was heel groot en schoon. Enige minpunt was het harde geluid van de airco. Verder hebben wij genoten van het heerlijke buffet met een super mooi uitzicht op de 13e verdieping. De voorzieningen van dit resort waren echt geweldig. Met 18 bowlingbanen, pooltafels, tafeltennistafels, gamehall, onsens, zwembad etc. hebben wij ons prima kunnen vermaken die paar dagen. Zou graag nog een keer willen terugkomen!'

'Krap bed, mini kamer. Nog kleinere badkamer met niet-gekitte douchekuip waardoor het daartussen erg vies was. Ook de douche zelf wastafel door hele dunne harde straaltjes pijnlijk ipv prettig. '

'員工親切，住宿房間大又寬敞，只是廁所設置在門外洗手槽未提供洗手乳，女性垃圾桶好像沒有清，沒搞懂洞口還沒到裡頭滿滿的垃圾稍微有點……跟需要爬樓梯上下樓之外，其他設備都很新，多人住宿很划算，一樓咖啡廳也能優惠打折，交通地點很方便'
