'I don't have nothing to say it very nice'

'The room was very clean and in order. The shower was great, as we had a wheelchair-accessible room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great. Finding the location can be a bit tricky because the entrance is located on the back end or away from the street side.'

The mattresses however, left something to be desired.'

'So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible...

'First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed. Second, the hotel didn't have the expected extra restaurants or other things that they have advertised. Third, they did not have a microwave in the room and you had to go down to heat up any food or...

'Nancy, the front desk associate, was super helpful when my daughter forgot some personal items and she gave us some complimentary items so our stay could be comfortable. Our room was clean and ready on time. We were put next to our travel friends, which was perfect. The hotel is walking distance to Gainbridge for the Fever game and has a decent free breakfast in the morning. Clean, nice staff, affordable, and well located!'
