'Absolutely horrendous! Do not stay here! We were supposed to stay four nights and didn't even want to stay one. Checked out by 8am the next day. Carpet was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. It felt like the bathtub was going to fall through the floor...it was actually spongy. The ceiling in the shower was full of water damage, and the tiles bowed, like they were about to collapse. My parents stayed next door they had no toilet paper, and they woke up to a cockroach on the floor!'

'If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the...
