'This property was just perfect for my husband and I who were in town for a wedding. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the outer edge of the charming town of Franklin, which holds many delicious restaurants and fun shopping venues. The host was super helpful and kind!'

'Very clean. Nice amenities: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, cute night light, fan, washer/dryer, nice towels, WiFi. Appreciated the laminated instructions for the facility. Kitchen was well-appointed. Slept well on the Purple mattress. Struggled with getting TV to function. I believe the guests before me signed out of the TV account despite the instructions to NOT sign out. '

'Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available Really liked the openness and all the light from the windows. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Summertown. '

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Franklin Farmhouse. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The house was immaculate, very clean and well stocked. In fact, it was definitely one of the most well stocked places that we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t have to buy anything for the house. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Nashville. '

'We loved staying overnight on the farm. The property and house was clean and well kept. Our kids loved being able to visit the animals. The house had everything we needed and the owners had great communication. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider staying longer if we are ever passing through again. The only thing to just note, not a problem, is that you can only access the third bedroom through the second, as well as the second bathroom is off of the second room. This worked...
