'What a pleasant surprise for us when we arrived at D's Base Camp. Located right off the highway. Staff very friendly and ready to assist when needed. We had 3 spacious bedrooms with each having room for 3 to sleep. Two full bathrooms, very clean and roomy. We also had a nice living room and kitchen. 'Secluded rustic cabin within easy driving of all the attractions of the peninsula. The suana shower was a great way to start the day. Cabin needed a few more screens in the windows. Very private location great for the dogs. No inside bathroom. Not a problem for us though. We would stay here again '

Location overlooking the town is perfect, literally only a stone’s throw from the Quincy mine tour which is a must see… but that’s another review.
