'We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights (3 for 2) in this hotel. It was a pity that the ventilation system of one of the rooms didn't work, but apart from that the rooms were luxurious, spacious, nice, comfortable and had everything you need. The back of the hotel was quiet and looks over green mountains. 'This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.'

'I recently just went on a big China trip and visited the beautiful Zhangjiajie region. Staying at No. 5 Valley was an incredible experience. The host Frankie was super helpful and hospitable. The property is in a very scenic, remote area. Around 1 hour from Zhangjiajie Train Station. The food options were vast and very accommodative and the resort.
