'The hotel was very dirty. The hall entryway by the pool smells like sewer and one of our rooms was entered by staff when no housekeeping or anybody was supposed to enter when we left. The tag was on the door and when we got back the door was propped open.The breakfast consisted of waffles with a dispenser that barely poured out and boiled eggs that's it.'

'Treated our kids to a vacation and chose this hotel for a stop along the way. The reviews did NOT accurately depict the hotel. One room didn’t even have a shower curtain, the entire place smells like smoke, the tile in the bathroom was not only dirty-it didn’t even touch the dirty baseboards! Our floor had straw wrappers and pieces of other wrappers, definitely had not been cleaned. I never complain, but when I did, they gave us $20 off of a $200 night. 'Old, outdated and has junk laying around the property. The desk clerk is very unprofessional and does not work to resolve any problems. They make a copy of your drivers license and once you leave it is tossed in the garbage for anyone to find and not shredded. I would not recommend this place and would give it zero stars if I could.'

'We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !'

'Fantastisc decorated cabin, country style. It looks great from the in and outside. The cabin is in a very private part of Janells garden. It has everything you need. Beds are super! Janell is a super host. Communication up front was clean and She welcomed us with cake and a Nice card. Janell was helpful with whatever we asked. Our boys could play with water in the garden and we all enjoyed the hottub! We recommand it to Everybody. Warmly Lagerweij family from Holland'
