'The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. 'The accommodation is great. The state of the building and the rooms are very good. The kitchen has the minimum but it’s just enough. (It’s helpful to have one). The location is very good. If you are checking after the advices time, it will be a great stay. Unfortunately the communication is not very good. We reached out in advance for early check in which was told to be possible.
