'Yesterday we had a grumpy receptionist (young woman) who made us feel unwelcome. If we hadn’t paid already we would have left for another motel. Last night and this morning there were other receptionists who were nice and helpful. For this price we had a nice room, comfortable beds, okay breakfast, ease of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Although we feared loudness, I think the no locals rule prevented that. All in all it was a fine stay with exception of the welcome.'

'The hotel was well taken care of and the staff was very kind. The hotel is outdated but was perfect for our stay. Comfy bed and quiet. The only complaint is that the room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke, not something I cared for especially with having my small kids. Overall worth it. '

'Normally these airport motels are anonymous, but maybe bc this one is quite small, it felt homey. Clean room, good bed and as an extra service: shuttle provided. What makes one feel welcome is the staff: they make the difference..committed, friendly and helpful! Appreciated :)'
