'Hotel scoort zeer goed op netheid, ontbijt. De locatie scoort minder goed: ligt op 30 minuten rijden van de luchthaven (eerst ander hotel bediend). Bovendien is de gratis shuttle naar luchthaven soms beperkt tot 1 per uur. De locatie is prima voor bezoek Narita stad en shopping mall. Gratis shuttle dienst en daar worden bij drukte zelfs taxi's ingezet. '

'This hotel is situated near the station so it is convenient to stay here; however don’t go here walking during the night it’s gets a bit scary walking . Also our shower was not maintaining a heat function so it was so uncomfortable . The staff was helpful trying to fix it but it didn’t work.'
