'The bathroom was my favorite part. It was so spacious, beautiful and clean. The room was the perfect size and the WiFi worked well. They gave us pajamas and slippers and really nice wash cloth for the shower. You can tell they put a lot of effort in to customer service. There’s a 7/11 conveniently located on the basement floor you can access from the elevator so you don’t have to go outside. I would stay here again for sure '

'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...
