'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room they originally checked us into wasn't cleaned or ready. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately checked us into a different room and apologized profusely for the error. The room was clean & comfortable. We were very happy with everything.'

'Don’t bother. We had to stay here for a baseball tournament and I honestly cannot believe they would offer this as a hotel option. It looks nice from the photos online but the place is a dump. They have updated certain things, like the front desk, to make it look fresh and new but as soon as you walk down the hallway you can tell they really haven’t done anything. The carpet has to have been there since the 80’s. The second floor has no air conditioning in the hallways so it is extremely hot in...

'The Queen beds were comfortable, the pillows were AMAZING! The hostess checking us in was so helpful, polite, and shared everything the hotel has to offer. My kids loved the pool! The breakfast was wonderful. We appreciated that it started at 6:00am and the staff member working the breakfast room was so kind and personable. The kids enjoyed the game room! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to others. This is the hotel to stay at if you are in Des Moines.!!'
