There were some internet issues that were beyond our, and the owners control, but the owners were super responsive and the issue was resolved. 'This is an amazing place to stay. The hosts have paid incredible attention to detail, having everything you could ever need and more for everyone. We were traveling with adults and children ages 1-12. There were plenty of supplies, the home was incredibly spotless, and there was so much to do in and out. The lake in the backyard was beautiful and easily enjoyed with the kayaks and other water equipment available. The game room in the basement was the perfect place for the kids to get up and play...

'We were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Right on the lake, was very relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the view. Had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. If we ever come again will definitely stay here! '

'Accuracy of property was excellent. Property and cabin were clean and tidy. Wifi was surprisingly fast and handled a group of 6 with no issues. Only two complaints:- The code provided for the front door lock did not work when we arrived and had to call the 1-800 number to get it reset, which did work but was a slight inconvenience after traveling all day- The upstairs master bathroom shower had no hot water at all. Every other bathroom worked just fine though.Aside from those two issues...

'If you have the option, stay here! I could write volumes about how much I loved staying here. Let me put it this way, after my trip, when I got home, I started considering ways I could make my home more like this cabin. My wife and I had some of the best time of our trip during our cabin stay. We are already planning another trip that will allow us another stay.'

'We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house. The house has a standby generator which was a real plus as the area...
