'We have a children and the add said it has a sofa. It didn’t. Other than that everything was good.'

'Clean room, comfy bed. Staff very nice and helpful. Just be aware no elevator if u have difficulty w steps. Bfast was good with nice variety You could hear people running thru hallway til almost midnight'

'The location is excellent & it was super quiet! The AC is a wall unit so it is also super quiet! The bed was comfy & for a no frills motel & the least expensive in Grand Rapids, I would stay there again for sure. They do accept dogs for an extra $25. Mohamed has an ice maker in the lobby & the refrigerator gets super cold.'

'This hotel had a water main break 5 months ago and the hotel is a disaster. There is no carpet on the first floor, the pool and amenities don’t work and they can only serve a minimal breakfast. Simple things like an ice machine which has nothing to do with the water main break didn’t work. I’m amazed this hotel is allowed to be open given the conditions. Our room was clean so at least that felt safe.'

'Bath tub was bad. Dark brown towels and wash cloths to hide dirt. Rust stains, bad water temperature control. I had to stand outside in 20F weather and call to "check in". '

'It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it.'

'This place was an outstanding stay. The bed was super comfortable with soft quality sheets and the bathtub was nice and clean with hot water. It's easy to switch the temperatures in the unit. They go above and beyond with making guest feel welcome and adding unique items that you don't usually find such as seasoning's and every cooking item you need. I would sum it up and say it was clean in a safe area. The host was a 5 star as well being so accommodating, flexible and friendly.'

'Our stay was great the host was great communicated well with us and even had nice little extras including toiletries and some random snacks even laundry pods for us to wash laundry at the on site laundry room the building as a whole was kind of a maze but the on site managers were happy to help and give us a tour so we could find all the extra amenities all in all we had a great stay from a friendly host and would recommend the property as a clean comfortable budget friendly place to stay thanks...

'What a lovely property! Everything was as described in the listing, or better. Clean, and fully equipped with supplies (linens, kitchenware, firewood); there were even muffins & home-grown honey waiting us at check-in!'
