'Nice hotel with a fun waterslide. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order. I made a mistake when booking my room and chose a single queen bed room when I thought that I had selected a room with 2 queen beds. I compounded the error by signing the paperwork without noting that it said one queen bed. (I wish the employee had confirmed my reservation verbally as is done at many other hotels / motels.) When I noticed that are room only had one queen bed, I asked to change to a 2 queen bed...

'There are no elevators. The staff was blasé at best. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding was really old. You get what you pay for. Used this place a layover on way from WA to CA. Only pluses are location and that they have a pool and hot tub. Bring supplies as everything closes early nearby.'

'Loved this hotel on the way up and back from our roadtrip up north. It is the perfect location walking distance from wonderful restaurants, shops, and the Shakesphere festival. They have wonderful amenities and a delicious breakfast. The elevator is a bit slow but get to meet lots of happy vacationers waiting at the elevator.'
