'It would be helpful to receive the check in instructions further in advance as I was on the road and had difficulty accessing my email and my Expedia app. (Dislike that the Vrbo app is separate from Expedia!) The listing could be more clear that this is a house and there is access to a full kitchen, dining area and pool table game room., all of which is a bonus!'

'The house was nice, very spacious. Check in was very easy and plenty of parking. We did notice that there was a lot of improvement that could be done. The floors were super dirty. My feet were black after a couple of hours. The upstairs shower knob, Hot, was stripped and kept turning. So you had to find the right spot to make sure it was off. The first night we slept there it was kind of hot and in the room there were no fans to circulate air and no way to turn the air down to get the A/C to...
