'My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing....

'Amazing views and peaceful area. Good restaurants nearby. Owner is fantastic and very attentive. Lots of space for everyone. Three flights of stairs to main area gets your cardio in but worth it. Beach/water shoes are a must as there is a line of rocks at the waterline. When the tide goes out you can walk for a hundred yards and see amazing sea critters. '

'We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. I would definitely recommend this home and I hope it's available again when we return for the next steps at FSU. '

'My family and I cannot say enough about this beach house! The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We all enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, golf cart, and sauna! Our favorite part included watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. Overall, best beach VRBO I have stayed at for sure! We cannot wait to stay again! '

'We found the house to be very cute with 2 master bedrooms with complete bathrooms in both, kitchen and living room in the middle. We did not bring our doggie but the fenced in yard was clean and looked very safe to let your dog go out into. Large Florida room had a dining table for 6 and a twin bed for a nap for my mom. We fished from the beach behind the house. Highly recommend. '

'House was comfortable. One bed is in a loft that has a ladder so probably more suitable for a teen which worked out well for us. Lake is the reason we are there so docking the boat up to the dock was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We drive a pickup so trash isn’t a problem in that we just took it out to the truck to take it to the local dumpster. Great place for a family to enjoy each other. '

'Enjoyed the views and plenty of room for our group. Although there is no water access except via boat at the property, we did walk down the road to the public beach. Although it was rocky in the water, we enjoyed the undeveloped location where the kids found crabs and other creatures. '

'This house is huge with a big fenced in backyard and very quiet location! The beach is 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, but very private, clean with a big fire pit and chairs to use! The house has everything and again, is huge! I don't know how many bedrooms there were, but each one had a big bed with nice fresh linens! Can't say enough about this place! Oh, the town is great too with friendly people and lots of hiking trails!'

'Great house in a great location. We didn’t want to leave, even stayed an extra day after the kids and grandkids left. Shopping and restaurants 20 minutes away. Easy contact with host. Good shore fishing and charters available. Hope to come again.'

'Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Easy check in and checkout. Great location right on Lake Bradford.Great Kitchen, Living area. Pool needed cleaning and gas grill was non operable. Would recommend home for large family and group.'
