'It was cooler out and we wanted to use their warm pool and hot tub area. Unfortunately they are closed at this time. Because we were not told of this construction at check in orcould not find any info on the site about this. I called and was asking if there were any heated pools or hot tubs for the use of the guest. This question totally confused the person on the phone along with the term hot tub and warm water pools after being placed on hold and being on the unhelpful call... I was told...

'As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. 'This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. In the dells period just to try to save a buck. I stayed at some of the other cheap hotels in the dells, and this was by far the dirtiest most rundown. Most sketchy stinkiest hotel i've ever been at. I booked the Suite for my daughter and I for one night. We immediately arrived to the hotel. 'The set up and cleanliness of the room was nice! However the beds were very hard and the staff were not helpful or very friendly and welcoming.'

'It is a hidden gem. It is close enough to downtown Wisconsin Dells to be there i. A couple minutes but far enough away to be quiet for a peaceful hangout away from the crowds.'
