'Prachtige locatie. 50 minuten vanaf vliegveld Liberia met taxi.Hotel erg prijzig.. Ongeschikt indien slecht ter been. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts . Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand. 'We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...

'What an awesome experience! The very friendly and attentive staff really add up to this beautiful and relaxing place. Especially the area with volcanic heated hottubs, surrounded by the forest, is spectacular. The horse riding tour which ended ziplining on the compound is a must. Had a lot of fun with the guys, who where true professionals! We will come back for sure!'

'Erg goede optie als je in de omgeving van het nationale park rincon de la vieja wilt verblijven. Toegang tot de warmwaterbronnen van rio negro zijn gratis als je hier verblijft (ca €20 pp). Hotel ziet er netjes uit en alle noodzakelijke dingen aanwezig. Eten in het restaurant ook lekker. Tip: als je water mee wil nemen, koop dat dan op voorhand. 1,5l water kost bijna €6'

'No coffee for the coffee maker or creamer. Floor felt gritty my husband wished the doors had security lo k. He said shower had to be held by hand if not the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor making it dangerous. Called front desk several times to get help with the internet no answer.'

'Convenient close to the airport. 12 minute drive with our rental car. From the city it is also only a 5 minute drive. I would not recommend to walk. Breakfast was freshly made and consists out of typical Costa Rican hot dish, toast, cereals and fresh fruit. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening. The room was convenient and clean. The bed was good. Relaxing at the end of the day you can do at the well maintained pool area. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. '

'I tried contacting the property for a pickup but Liberia was in the midst of a rain storm and all their power was out. So taxied out and found my room was ready & waiting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the power was back on in about an hour and the restaurant opened. The food was great, quite tasty. This hotel is convenient to Liberia airport and a great inexpensive option when flying out the next day.'
