'Location right to the beach, its a bit older hotel and lunch/dinner could be better'

' for 1115 dollar a night not value for money. Its very old rooms and the everything’s al littlebit Dirty. It’s all include so it’s like the cruise.. we are very disappointed. Don’t go for this money'

'Beautiful property on a hill with infinity pool overseeing the ocean! All ocean view rooms, amazing breakfast each day and access to a great beach front club with gym, pool, beach. The club is however at a a different location than the main property and the hotel provides with hourly transport to and fro. The rooms are dated and bathrooma rather small and old. '

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'Located in the center of town, street is very loud if you’re staying in the beachfront units. Very overpriced for what you get! Very overpriced. Bar staff was slow. Beach outside of the hotel not managed by the hotel and was dirty and had trash everywhere. Rooms in need of updating. Morning breakfast buffet was the highlight with great variety and good food. We will not stay here again. '

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'

'Mooi hotel in rustige prachtige omgeving. Strand heel mooi en zeer rustig. Geen opdringerige verkoopwrs. Hotel is verder prima met ontbijtbuffet. Zeer mooie grote kamers. Dorp moet nog wel groeien.'

'What a great hotel and helpful staff. The rooms are clean with a super little kitchen and fridge. Water and ice by the pool. And the best thing is it's location right on the glorious beach of Tamarindo. 10mins walk to all amenities.'

'A little oasis! Gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff is superkind! Special thank you to Nancy, Mario and Endy! The complimentary dinner is sometimes great, sometimes mediocre but breakfast is always terrific. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The beach is frequented by locals and tourists alike and a great place for surfing from beginners upward. The hotel's beach area is very nice with a small pool. Only minus is the costs of tours and activities. Tamarindo has something to offer...

'Het Hotel ligt op een mooie plek aan het strand met veel groen. Goede ontvangst. Vriendelijk personeel en kleinschalig. Jammer dat het restaurant matig was en de badkamer sterk verouderd, waardoor het ook niet echt goed schoon te krijgen is(voegen en kapotte tegels) Een klamboe zou ook wel fijn zijn!'

'The hotel itself is decent. It seems quite old and not super clean. The pool area is nice and the breakfast is nice. After crossing the street the beautifull beach is there. Top service of this hote is that it provides free beach gear. Free surfboards, free bodyboards, beach chairs, beach tennis sets, snorkel gear, everything you need for a fun day at the beach! '

'The property was modern and located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's a great location. Our only complaint is that the a/c didn't cool well. '

'Mooi hotel. Ontbijt is OK. Kamers ook. Zeer mooi zwemdok, dat dagelijks gereinigd werd, maar men zou de ontbrekende mozaiksteentjes in het dok toch moeten vervangen vooraleer het een verouderde indruk geeft.We hadden wel verwacht dat het hotel in Tamarindo aan het water zou liggen wat niet het geval is, zodat we 's avonds niet veel konden doen.'

'The two owners are wonderful people! The one can also help arrange tours which was easy and helpful. The pool was nice and the breakfast/lunch bar area was great. Not a bad walk up and down the dirt hill. '

'Excellent location just a few blocks from the beach. Several restaurants very good restaurants close by and shops. Simple but clean and comfortable room with balcony sitting space. Very nice owners and staff who gave us good info about the area. '
