'Astana is geweldig, en dit hotel heeft de perfecte ligging, dat had ik vooraf al uitgezocht. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, het internet in orde, heerlijk bed, ontbijt ook goed en verzorgd. Personeel was niet echt efficiënt, maar het is dan ook geen West Europa. Personeel is verder wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'This is the second time we stay at this hotel and both times we have been very pleased. A note on transportation: Watch out for guys at the airport trying to sell Taxi service. They will want as much as $60 to take you to the hotel. If you call the hotel when you get there or before hand, then you can get shuttle service for about $17 (3000 Tenge). If you just want to use a cab: Right outside the airport are taxis that are labeled as such. Stay with those. Right as you walk out of baggage...
