'I feel like the hotel is a bit overpriced for the quality of the room, but it is close to the river. The area around the hotel is not great and I worried a bit about the belongings in my car as all the spots in front of hotel were taken and I had to park along the side that was dark (moving across the country was just too much to bring in), but I felt safe as an older woman. I would never book a hotel based on shower reviews, but the shower was amazing!!! :) Free parking was nice!'

'I stayed in 2 different rooms the first was great the second was a little stinky I think there's a mold problem. Ac was awesome bed pillows and blankets were soft and comfortable staff was helpful when needed. Don't really care for the virtual check-in Overall I'd stay again and the price was good.'

'Most of the staff were kind and quick to help. But there were issues. The suite we were given at first did not have the sofa bed we were expecting. The staff quickly sent a cot, which was fine. Then we discovered it had a terrible urine smell in the bedroom closet. The door of the closet would not close properly so we could not block it. The staff arranged for us to move to another suite. 'Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)'
