'This was a great stay! Beautiful property! We absolutely loved catching sunrises from the beach and having bonfires with the sound of the waves to unwind in the evening! The family games and things to keep children busy were a great touch as well! This was a perfect base camp for our UP travels!'

'This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. 'The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. The cabin was about halfway between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, so it was easy and quick to get to either place for meals or the outfitters for kayaking on Lake Superior-- and that was a superior experience! 'Our extended family of 11 (including kids, grandkids, and parents) stayed here for a week at the end of August for our annual rock hunting / beach relaxing vacation. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Easy to understand check in instructions, great location, and the beach was awesome. There was plenty of room for our 11 people and a roomy back deck with propane fire pit for nightly relaxing session. The house was in great condition and it had everything we needed already there...

'We rented side-by-side for my husband‘s 50th with our family. It was a beautiful weekend with lots of memories. Cabin was perfect.'

'This really is a great location. It's close to various shops and restaurants. Its right next door to a grocery/ convenience store, very helpful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed. The owner even had some snacks set out and beverages in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to emails and questions. We will definitely be back next summer. We had a great time. '
