'Great location! Close to just about everything! The only issue was not being able to connect to WIFI because of the host not remembering which network and the password. Would be useful to have it printed for guest somewhere in the property.'

'We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

'We loved staying here for one week. Everything was super clean, and we loved the welcoming space and private access. Definitely would return here & highly recommend. Good loaction in the neighborhood with street parking -sometimes had to walk a little from parking to the entry. '

'We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, and convenient to the interstate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. It could use a new set of cookware, but we were able to cook 2 basic pasta meals with the pots and pans that were there. We loved being able to park our car securely behind the back gate. We also loved that our pup had a yard to roam without having to be leashed. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!'

'This place is awesome so much room and activities. Mostly adults stayed but it would be great with smaller children as well. Very nice pool they would enjoy. Great neighborhood and peaceful. Definitely would stay again. Host was very responsive as well. Thank you!'

'Perfect place for our family to stay during my son's wedding weekend.'

'My husband, daughter and I were in Richmond for our son’s graduation.The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Really nice near by restaurants and a vintage market on the weekend. Definitely recommend!'

The owners are very communicative and set up the sleeping arrangements perfectly. It’s ideally situated to do all the fun things around and we would definitely stay here again! '

'The place is so much cuter than it looked online. Getting in was easy, communication was great, parking was great, the floors were a little dirty, but otherwise it was a really nice stay! I would most certainly stay here again, he was an excellent host! '
