'所謂ホテルではなく民泊形式なので、アメニティやタオルなどは期待していませんでしたが、フェイスタオルが多めに用意されており、不足ありませんでした。食器はありますがコップが無いため調達するか持参すると良いです。ロケーションは最高で部屋も広く快適に過ごせますのでオススメです。小さいバルコニーからは海も見えるのですが、生憎まだ肌寒い季節で堪能できなかったのは残念です。'

'Nice quiet neighborhood tucked on top of a hill. Place was clean, modern and well stocked and convenient to Hakone-Yumoto station (10 min walk). Recommend!'

'The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

'Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again. '

"Groot hotel met allerlei faciliteiten. Goede locatie en fijne kamers. Wel vervelend dat er een zwembad op de foto’s staat waar je als hotelgast geen gratis toegang tot hebt.."
