They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room.'

'Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Enoshima, Kamakura en zelfs Yokohama of Tokyo te bereiken. Veel publieke transport opties en veel eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie maar kleine kamers. Geen uitzicht en de tv heeft geen smart functionaliteiten, maar daarvoor verblijf je meestal niet in dit hotel. Geen ontbijt gegeten in het hotel omdat ik vroeg vetrok naar mijn bestemmingen, tevens ook veel opties rondom in de omgeving.'
