'The owner, Ryosaku Nakashima, is so nice and welcoming. And his English is very good. It was raining when we arrived so he let us have our room even though it was before checking time. The room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the “shoe dryer”, or whatever it is called; very well thought on this humid island. The laundry is very convenient. All the houses look very nice. The owner did a very good job. We highly recommend this place. '

'We had a great time staying in Suginoko. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and organized. You can order a delicious packed lunch from them which is delivered at a very early time so even if you decide to depart for an early hike, you can still get them. '

'We had a nice stay at Hana Mana cottage. It's very clean with a big kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't prepare to cook and we didn't manage to rent a car. We didnt buy any foods for dinner and the owner kindly provided ramen, fruits and fresh eggs : ) to us The mattress is very cozy and we had a sound sleep. The garden is nicely managed and we very much like to stay in the same place if we revisit Yokushima! '
