'Excellent resort.like all the amenities .Little disappointed with front desk staff.Not very helpful with answering questions maybe new or something.Me and my wife were on our own having to do own research for dinning and outings. Loved resort and location.'

'We have been coming for years and always have an amazing stay. This time was excellent as usual!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. Balcony room with a pool view is always our favorite. Our room was perfect and the pool is always clean and heated. The provided towels and the pool bar are the reasons we love hanging out there. Great food and drinks!! Amazing girls working. We were there during the heat wave and spent 4 days by the pool!!! One of the manager brought us cookies at the pool ...

'We wish we were here longer than 1 night! Everything looks beautiful and was very clean. It had a very cozy cabin vibe, even though the hotel was quite big. Restaurant across the street was great as well!'

'We have loved this place for years. This time some of the staff were curt. The spa was not open as stated in the website. The steam room and outlets in the locker room were nonfunctional and our toilet ran excessively Also maid service every three days without request isnt consistent with a hotel of this caliber. Also indoor pool was under repair that we only learned close to arrival'

'Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. '

'Leuke omgeving. Mooie rivier achter de kamers. Faciliteiten en kamer teleurstellend. Slecht onderhouden zwembad en vieze hottub. Kamer stonk enorm. Foto’s deden geen recht aan de staat van het hotel. Ook ontbijt was teleurstellend . Oud brood en weinig anders dan yoghurt . Geen aanrader als je langer dan 1 nacht wil blijven'

'Super clean and private cabins! Really liked how we could come and go from our own private area. I loved how much space we had in the 1 bedroom cabin including the full kitchen. The only downside is the shower as it’s tiny (like 3ft x 3ft). There were free-to-use kayaks by the lake. The swimming pool and game room were a great bonus and they had dvds free to borrow. Will definitely be coming again!'

'I booked this specifically based on so many positive reviews. Found it hard to believe it was the same property! My room was very rough around the edges, some holes in the walls, dents and missing pieces of trim, one electrical outlet was uncovered with exposed wires, some mildew in the tub, grunge around windows. Not worth $190 a night for sure.'
