'Be careful booking rooms with pets via Expedia. They do not allow animals in every room. We booked the room with a hot tub and were told that we could not stay in that room due to their policies. We were rebooked to a different room. The insurance offered by Expedia to cover something like this does not help, no refund provided for the excess cost though they said they would do so.'

'We stopped here for a quick overnight on a long drive up I5. We specifically were looking forward to a relaxing hot tub after 13 hours in the car. Happily, both the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours. It was also perfect to be able to have breakfast here before embarking on the last 6 hours of our drive. Room was perfectly clean, bed was comfortable. 👍'

'Initial room assigned TV wasn't working properly. Savannah sent maintenance to fix it to no avail. She switched our room to resolve the issue. Chris worked with his staff so we could switch to upgraded room type extremely quickly. Clean rooms, quiet convenient to shopping, dining and fuel.'

'I liked where the hotel was located. Very close to several stores and restaurants and not too far from downtown. The room was ok. It has been a month since I checked out and I have not received my security deposit refund.'
