'Carrie, the front desk employee was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get a room. Spite a few obstacles, she helped us with no hesitation. I think she definitely deserves to get a raise!!! When i asked for an extra blanket for the pull-out couch... i told her i would come back down in a few minutes to grab it from her! She brought it straight up to our room!!!
