'The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.'

'The reception staff is helpful
But the cleaning staff is not helpful
Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day.
But I can't see any cleaning service.
THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice.
You can consider this hotel when you accept...

'I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans.
Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur!
I had an amazing stay at this studio apartment! The location is absolutely incredible — right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to everything. One of the biggest highlights was the private bridge directly linking to the metro, which made getting around the city so convenient and hassle-free.
