'Arrived for a VMI graduation, the location is in a quiet corner accross from a park. Ample parking, two short flights of stairs, (no elevator) and the door is the back right corner. Easy access. Communication with the property manager was great, got permission to enter a but earlier than planned due to canceled events. Took a walk to downtown, it's uphill getting there but an easy walk back to the location.I would recommend this location for a group of 5 or 6, could be a bit crowded at 8, but...

'I stayed for almost 10 days. Space is enough, cozy for by myself and many cooking tools. Son visited often from his school. Communication with the owner was nice.Only one thing if I can share, there is foot step noise from upstairs everyday.'
