'First and foremost, Joe is the ultimate host. Whenever I had a question, he answered immediately. He shared so much information about the area, as to shopping, eating, etc., and was clear about the many extras in this home. The environment is simply charming. It’s inviting and happy. Each room is coordinated and comfortable, especially the mattresses! Just when you think upstairs is awesome, you discover there’s a whole lot MORE downstairs, including bedrooms, game rooms, and a tv/ relaxation...

'Stayed in Lynchburg to watch minor league baseball. Was only 10 minutes away from field and 5 minutes away from shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighbor does have dogs that bark at your dog if you bring your dog. '

'We had the most wonderful stay at this cabin for our book retreat! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. This cabin exceeded our expectations and made our retreat truly special. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! '

'As promised, a real sanctuary. A small and hidden gem attached to a farmhouse, everything was spotless and clean like home. The farm grounds are beautiful, with a lovely view of the Peaks of Otter. This place is great for a couple or a solo traveller, a spot to unwind and unplug. 'This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. The entire home needs somebody with resources to invest some cash and bring it to a standard worthy of charging people to stay. Some other things of note,...
