'To start, my wife and I have stayed in many places all over the country and the world, and this place was definitely towards the top of our best places to stay! Arkansas is already a beautiful place, but being in this little gem made it even better. Close enough, yet far enough away. It checked all the boxes of that rustic feel, but had all the comforts to really enjoy your stay. The beds were very comfortable so getting a good nights sleep is definitely not a problem. 'The home is fascinating. We could have wandered throughout it for days.The detail and design are amazing. Kathy is a lovely host and the grounds are gorgeous. We were fortunate enough to see the falls in all their glory and hiked to the lower and upper levels. The deck has perfect views of all things nature and bird watching which made for a great backdrop to relax and catch up. Also, this house was SPOTLESS (a hard feat so embedded in nature). It DID rain the entire time, but we had fun as a family together. Well appointed kitchen with all the conveniences one would want. The owner was quick to respond and very easy to work with. Het hotel op zich is wat ouder en de kamers ook. Maar de bedden waren prima en de kamer was schoon. Het zwembad was nog niet geopend toen wij er waren maar je kon wel lekker buiten zitten op het balkon. Voor het hotel stopte de trolley en hiermee ben je in een paar minuten in het leuke stadje. Voor 6 dollar per dag heb je een leuke sightseeing met de trolley door de stad. Het hotel biedt geen ontbijt aan maar er is een prima restaurant in het hotel gevestigd waar je voor een goede prijs goed kunt dineren en ontbijten. Als we ooit nog een keer in de buurt zijn dan zullen we dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken en dat komt mede door het restaurant wat erbij zit!
