'Clean room'

'The hotel smelled of Cigarette Smoke, Weed and musty. The sheets were stained and full of what appeared to be fur!'

'I checked into this hotel requesting a non-smoking room. When I got to the room, someone had smoked in it. I ended up having to share a room with a friend. When I asked for a refund for the room, I did not stay because it was so smoky, the hotel refused to give me a refund.'
