Kies je hotel in Masaya

'This self-acclaimed hotel closed a year ago in a totally run-down state. Some four months ago it was bought by a new (US citizen) owner who is trying to rebuild the place. Currently there is one room that looks quite okay, however there is no reception, no personnel apart from a local housekeeper. The problem starts with the entrance. When we arrived on December 14 around noon, the gate was closed, while there is no name sign nor anything else that indicates the existence of a hotel. It looks...

'You really feel like you’re in heaven'

'Hay varios apartamentos, el apartamento con baño privado estuvo excepcional. Muchas gracias!'

'Our stay in the property was amazing, spectacular views and delicious food!!!'

'This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.'

'Family - Friendly'

'Able to enjoy nature '

'What a hidden gem. Beautiful cabins with hammocks, amazing views, great food and a very nice staff. Not too crowded. I stayed 3 nights and wish i could have stayed longer. Highly recommended'

'Amazing place to stay with the family. Staff was awesome and the house had all the amenities. We would go back'

'We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The place was excellent the hose very friendly always aware to help you to be in good position. I recommend everyone to stay in the place. Thank you to the Serenidad I have a great vacation. See you soon.'

'Our multigenerational group of 13 absolutely loved our stay. There is no view more magnificent than the view of the Laguna de Apoyo from this place. The transportation and cooking services suggested by Mark also worked fantastically, with warm and attentive staff. Highly, highly recommend!!'

'Rude staff except for Ruddy, he was the only person that helped us… front desk is terrible, restaurant closes at 6pm after that you’re on your own! Wouldn’t recommend '
