'Got a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Most of the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher from previous guest. The amount of light switches were overwhelming and made little sense. There was a group of some sort in house and they had closed off public seating for them in the lobby so no where to really hang out downstairs. Guests smoking in pool was a big turn off, ended up not swimming since toddler is sensitive to smoke.'

'This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous, super clean, restaurant and bar, pool tables, awesome breakfast buffet with lots of choices, and the room was really nice. My name was even displayed on the TV screen when I came in!'

But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. 'The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. 'The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.'

'On July 4th there was no electricity in our room from 6pm-9am..! The front clerk couldn’t have cared less about our comfort and concerned!! He literally didn’t care! He didn’t offer anything than unprofessionalism and no compassion!! We had no TV and totally in the dark..! We weren’t able to take a shower until 11am.. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of the President!!'
