'We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much.
The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained.
They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service.
We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available.
The breakfast buffet was ok.
When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals.
Overall we will not be returning to this location.'

'For the type of hotel, things are a bit run down and not in great shape. There are rips in the carpet and the furniture upholstery. The regular staff were fine, however the managerial staff were rude and condescending. Be aware, there’s no parking, you’d have to pay $40 a day for valet. '

'The pool and gym were very good. A safe and quiet location. The only problem was no WiFi in the cabin in which I stayed . Overall very pleasant and good value for the money. I would stay there again.'

'Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.'

'This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding.'
