'This hotel is simply amazing. Everything is perfect about it. 10/10 ! Thank you !'

'You can do everything on walking distance'

'The Staff were so friendly & helpful! Very accommodating! The food was excellent! Will stay there again!'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'Perfect anniversary getaway!'

'Price quality out of proportion. Hotel needs an update. Large rooms. Elevator very noisy. Lack of visible staff. pool facilities are very nice. '

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Top'

'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'

'Hotel is in a great location. Very close to lots of site seeing areas. Hotel was a bit older - but still nice, comfortable, and clean. My room was on the street side and it was VERY noisy as I could hear everything from the street. Breakfast was good (nothing fancy but still enough to start the day with).'

'Hotel op een prima plek aan de Riverwalk. Ontbijt was alleen matig.'

'There was no hand soap in the restroom, no courtesy water bottles nor glasses To drink water'

'Uitzicht slecht, balkon achter een muur Geboekt voor de Riverside. Maar de lokatie komt niet overeen met de foto’s op de website Alles bij elkaar redelijk, prijs verhouding te duur'
