'Behulpzaam personeel, mooi aangekleed in kerstsfeer & erg sfeervol'

'Nice hotel with plenty of parking space. Good beds and quiet room. Bathroom was a bit in a bad condition.'

'Prijs kwaliteit verhouding een 10! Kamer was okay, matras slecht, verder wel schoon. Lift was vies. ‘‘s nachts ging alarm af, dat was schrikken. Mooi uitzicht uit hotelraam. Goed ontbijt. Aardige mensen die het hotel runnen! Voelde me ook weer echt in Engeland!'

'Goed Hotel Met Restaurant als Buurman '

'De zaak was volledig volboekt, waardoor we een kamer kregen die eigenlijk niet geschikt was voor een koppel. Ook het bed was zeer slecht. De zaakvoerder was zo eerlijk om dat toe te geven en bood ons daarom het verblijf gratis aan, inclusief ontbijt! We hebben toch betaald. Van andere gasten hoorden we dat ze wel tevreden waren en geregeld terugkeren.'

'location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...

'The room was a moderate price so I was not too surprised that it had a leaking shower and the bathroom door did not shut. The shower curtain was mouldy. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom as the only space on the sink had the liquid soap. The soap dispenser on the wall was not used. There was a kettle but no way to get clean cups once the two issued ones had been used. No breakfast available which was frustrating as the nearest cafe is a not very close.'

'The houseboat is located in a marina which looks a bit rundown, a car is absolutely necessary to go to Rochester or any other nearby village. The owners have been renovating the property for the past few years and indeed our room was nicely decorated and clean. Unfortunately though the boathouse is located next to a highway bridge and the noise is just unbearable. We booked our room in November 2024 for a stay in July 2025 on a B&B basis. At our greatest surprise we were told that they no...

'Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues.'

'Mooie inn op een mooie locatie. Helaas konden we er niet eten 's avonds. Maar ze hadden een goede tip gegeven, waar we wel konden eten. Omdat we 's morgens vroeg weg moesten, hebben ze voor ons een prima continental onbijt gemaakt. Alleen jammer dat we een badkamer op de gang hadden.'

'OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

'Really lovely place only stayed the 1 night but it was very clean. Definitely would stay again'

'Vlotte check-in: vriendelijke receptionisten. Familiekamer met goede bedden en matrassen. Uitgebreid ontbijt; tieners (13 en 15) aten gratis.'
