'Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). 'The staff and service was excellent. Super professional, kind, and hospitalable. The check-in process was smooth. Shuttle will transport you across the desert to the camp site. Campsite was beautiful and taken care of well from the outside. Set proper expectation: more of a glamping experience, rather than a luxury hotel.
