'Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . 'First of all I Will thank all the staff . Kratik, joy, Dianne, ariku and last but not least. Cleaning service. Everythîg was excellent.only one thing on the pool for the chairs there was not énough. We want always to the beach for a chair. Of if you want Cabana on the pool thénar you have to pay extra. The chairs has to be organize better en to share in better.'
